Vincent Dauvissat - Chablis - Les Preuses - Grand Cru

Vincent Dauvissat is one of the defining names in Chablis, and Les Preuses is one of the appellation's Grand Cru vineyards, prized for the depth and precision it brings to Chardonnay. At 12% abv, this is Chablis at its most serious, built for structure and ageing rather than easy drinking.

Expect a taut, mineral wine with real cut and concentration, the kind that rewards oysters, langoustine or a simply grilled fish. Serve at 11-13°C to let the salinity and fruit both show.
