Tenuta Madre's I Sognatori is a single-varietal Fiano from the Fiano di Avellino DOCG, one of southern Italy's most serious white appellations. Grown in the volcanic soils of Campania's Irpinia hills, Fiano di Avellino produces whites of genuine structure and complexity — this is not the easy, sunny south.

Expect the hallmarks of the appellation: hazelnut, white peach, fennel and a mineral, smoky undercurrent, with enough acidity to keep the palate fresh at 13.5% ABV. A natural partner for shellfish, grilled white fish, and the kind of vegetable-forward small plates that suit warm-weather dining on deck.
