Via del Campo is Quintodecimo's Falanghina, made under the Falanghina del Sannio DOC in Campania, southern Italy's white-wine heartland. Falanghina is one of the region's oldest indigenous varieties, valued for its aromatic lift and ability to stay fresh even in a warm climate.

The house style favours precision over weight, with green fruit, citrus zest and a herbal, saline finish that keeps things lively. It suits shellfish, salads and green vegetables well, and works equally as an aperitif or alongside a spread of small plates on deck.
