Quintodecimo - Fiano di Avellino DOCG - Exultet Fiano di Avellino

Exultet is Quintodecimo's flagship white, made entirely from Fiano grown in the Fiano di Avellino DOCG of Campania — one of Italy's oldest and most respected appellations for this variety. Fiano from Avellino's volcanic soils typically produces whites of real substance, far removed from simple, easy-drinking styles.

Expect a wine with textural weight, notes of white flowers, honey and a mineral, saline finish characteristic of the appellation. Serve chilled at 10-12°C with shellfish, white fish, green vegetables or tapas — a white with enough presence to partner richer seafood preparations.
