Miquel Gelabert - Chardonnay Roure

Vins Miquel Gelabert produces distinctive white wines from Spain's Balearic Islands, where Mediterranean maritime influence shapes every vintage. The estate's Chardonnay Roure exemplifies the producer's commitment to quality winemaking on this sun-blessed archipelago, crafting approachable yet refined expressions suited to discerning cellars and fine dining establishments.

Grown in the unique terroir of Baleares, this Chardonnay balances the varietal's natural richness with the region's bright, mineral character. At 14% ABV, it offers versatility across refined entertaining—equally at home alongside Dover sole at a waterfront villa or paired with roasted chicken at an intimate dinner party. The wine's structure complements both delicate white fish and richer poultry preparations, making it a thoughtful addition to any serious collection.
