Michel Bouzereau - Meursault - Charmes 'Les Charmes Dessus' - 1er Cru

Michel Bouzereau makes this Premier Cru Meursault from the Charmes vineyard, specifically the Les Charmes Dessus section prized for its depth and finesse. It is a benchmark expression of Meursault Chardonnay, grown on the limestone-rich soils that give the appellation its signature richness.

On the table it shows the classic Meursault combination of texture and freshness, with enough weight to partner charcuterie, shellfish or pasta in cream sauces, and enough cut to sit happily with oily fish. Serve at 12-14°C for the full range of its character.
