Maison Trimbach - Riesling - Cuvée Frederic Emile

Nose of white flowers, lime zest and crushed stone. Palate is taut and linear, with green apple, quince and a saline mineral edge over racy acidity. Finish is long, dry and chiselled, built for decades in the cellar.
