Maison Chape - Picpoul de Pinet - Acord Parfait

Maison Chape's Acord Parfait is a Picpoul de Pinet from the Languedoc-Roussillon coast, made from the Picpoul grape that gives this appellation its name and its reputation as a seafood wine of choice along the Mediterranean shore.

Expect a pale, taut white with citrus and saline lift, built for immediate drinking rather than the cellar. Serve well chilled at 10-12°C with oysters, shellfish platters or grilled white fish on deck - it is the reflex pairing for anything straight from the sea.
