M de Minuty Blanc comes from Minuty in Côtes de Provence, blending Semillon, Rolle and Ugni Blanc into a white built for warm-weather drinking. It sits alongside the estate's well-known rosés as their still white expression of the Provençal coast.

Light, dry and aromatic, with the textural lift Rolle typically brings and enough freshness to stay lively on deck.
