Louis Moreau is one of Chablis's established family domaines, farming vines across the appellation's hierarchy. Vaudesir is one of Chablis's seven Grand Cru climats, occupying a prime south-facing slope on the right bank of the Serein, and this is Chardonnay at its most mineral and authoritative.

Expect the characteristic Chablis backbone — bracing acidity, flint, green apple, and white flowers — with the added weight and complexity that Grand Cru terroir brings: texture, length, and a saline depth that develops with time. On board, pair with native oysters, lobster, scallops, or a well-sourced piece of turbot.
