Louis Latour - Chablis - 1er Cru

Louis Latour's Chablis Premier Cru comes from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy's most northerly outpost, where Chardonnay grown on the region's limestone soils gives its wines a signature flinty edge. This is Premier Cru fruit, a step up in concentration and precision from village-level Chablis.

Expect a dry white with taut acidity, citrus and green apple fruit, and that characteristic chalky, mineral backbone. Serve at 10–12°C with shellfish, oysters, pork or oily fish, or alongside a wedge of Brie for a classic Burgundian pairing on board.
