Hubert Brochard - Sancerre

Hubert Brochard makes this Sancerre in the eastern Loire, where Sauvignon Blanc takes on the flinty, chalky character of the appellation's famous silex and kimmeridgian soils. It is a benchmark expression of the grape in its spiritual home, vinified for precision rather than power.
