Domaine Vincent Dauvissat produces this Chardonnay from Montée de Tonnerre, one of Chablis's premier cru vineyards, in Burgundy. The domaine works the appellation's chalky Kimmeridgian limestone, the soil type that gives Chablis its distinctive mineral drive and cool precision.
