Domaine Vincent Dauvissat - Chablís - Vaíllons - 1er Cru

This is Domaine Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis Premier Cru from Vaillons, one of the appellation's left-bank climats, made entirely from Chardonnay grown on Chablis's Kimmeridgian limestone. Bottled at 13% ABV, it reflects a wine defined by site rather than winemaking flourish.

Expect the appellation's hallmark tension — green apple and lemon zest, wet stone and a saline edge, textured but never heavy. Serve cool at 10–12°C with shellfish, oysters, pork, oily fish or a wedge of Brie for a classic Chablis match aboard.
