Domaine Roulot's Meursault is a benchmark expression of the appellation, made from Chardonnay grown in the village of Meursault in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Meursault is prized for producing some of the region's richest, most texturally generous white wines, and this bottling sits at 13.5% abv.

On the table it shows the appellation's hallmark combination of ripe orchard fruit, a nutty, faintly saline richness and a mineral core that keeps it from ever feeling heavy. Serve at 12-14°C with shellfish, oily fish, or a well-stocked cheese and charcuterie board - it has the weight to handle brie and the acidity to cut through cream sauces.
