Domaine Roulot - Bourgogne - Blanc

Domaine Roulot needs little introduction in Burgundy. Based in Meursault, the domaine is among the most respected addresses in the Côte de Beaune, and this Bourgogne Blanc — farmed biodynamically — is where that rigour applies to a regional-level Chardonnay.

Expect the precision and tension that defines Roulot across its range: clean, mineral-edged white with real vinosity rather than simple fruitiness. On board, it works well as an apéritif or alongside delicate fish, shellfish and lighter white-meat dishes.
