Domaine Raveneau - Chablis - Montée de Tonnerre - 1er Cru

Domaine Raveneau's Montée de Tonnerre is a Premier Cru Chablis from Burgundy, made from Chardonnay grown on the vineyard of the same name on the right bank of the Serein.

Expect the flinty, saline drive typical of good Chablis - green apple and citrus fruit wrapped around a chalky, mineral core, with the extra density Premier Cru fruit brings. Serve at 10-12°C with oysters, shellfish, pork or oily fish, letting its acidity cut through richer preparations on board.
