Domaine Raveneau - Chablis - Butteaux - 1er Cru

Domaine Raveneau's Chablis Butteaux comes from a premier cru parcel in Chablis, Burgundy, planted with Chardonnay on the region's chalky Kimmeridgian limestone that defines serious Chablis. This is Burgundy at its most mineral and precise, a wine built on terroir rather than overt fruit.

Expect the classic Chablis backbone: high acidity, a flinty, saline edge and real focus. Serve at 10-12°C with oysters, langoustines or a wedge of Brie, or pour it alongside roast pork or grilled oily fish.
