Domaine de Trevallon - Alpilles IGP - Alpilles Blanc

Domaine de Trevallon farms in the Alpilles hills of Provence, outside the appellation system, which lets them work an unusual white blend of Chardonnay, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. The result is a Provençal white with more backbone than the region's usual pale rosé-adjacent whites.

Expect texture and breadth rather than simple freshness — stone fruit, herbs and a savoury edge that holds its own against charcuterie, shellfish and spiced dishes. Serve at 12-14°C, cool but not fridge-cold, so the layers show.
