Colosi - Secca Del Capo - Salina IGT

The Cantine Colosi 2019 Secca del Capo (an IGT Salina wine) is a pure expression of Malvasia from the Capo Faro and Porri growing sites on the island of Salina. The wine is made in a dry and accessible manner, showing white peach, soft melon and a pinch of sea salt. Indeed, those mineral notes derived from island soils and sea breezes appear more prominent as the wine warms in the glass.
