Coffele - Ca' Visco - Soave Classico

Coffele's Ca' Visco is a Soave Classico from the Veneto, made from Garganega grown in the hillside heartland of the appellation. It reflects the volcanic and limestone soils that give Soave Classico its identity, distinct from flatland versions of the wine.

Pale gold in the glass, it shows blossom, almond and ripe orchard fruit, with a textured, savoury finish rather than obvious sweetness. Serve lightly chilled with shellfish, white fish, salads or a spread of small plates before dinner.
