Capichera - Vign'angena - Vermentino di Gallura

Capichera's Vign'angena is a Vermentino di Gallura from Sardinia, made from vines grown in the granite soils of the island's north. This DOCG is Vermentino's benchmark zone, and the wine reflects it — texture and salinity alongside the variety's usual citrus lift.

Expect a fuller-bodied white with ripe stone fruit, herbal notes and a saline, mineral finish that lingers. Serve at 10-12°C with shellfish, lobster or grilled chicken. Its weight and structure also make it a strong match for goat's cheese, standing up to dishes that would overwhelm lighter whites.
