Capichera - Isola dei Nuraghi IGT - Lintori

Lintori is Capichera's Vermentino from the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT in northern Sardinia, made from vines grown on the island's granite soils under near-constant sun and sea wind. Vermentino here takes on more weight and aromatic lift than versions from the mainland.

Expect a broad, textured white with citrus, herb and a saline finish that speaks clearly of its coastal origin. Serve well chilled with shellfish, white fish, salads or a spread of small plates — it is built for warm-weather, deck-side drinking.
