Voliero - Brunello di Montalcino DOCG

Voliero's Brunello di Montalcino is 100% Sangiovese from one of Italy's most demanding appellations, grown on the hillsides around Montalcino in southern Tuscany. The DOCG's strict ageing requirements mean this is a wine built for the table, not the impulse pour.

At 15% ABV it carries real weight — expect dried cherry, iron, leather and firm, drying tannins with a long, savoury finish. Serve it with roasted lamb, venison, game birds or a proper bistecca. Decant generously and give it time in the glass.
