Vigne Surrau - Sincaru - Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Vigne Surrau farms in Gallura, in the north-east corner of Sardinia, and Sincaru is their expression of Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, the island's signature red made from the local Grenache biotype. It is a wine rooted firmly in place, reflecting the granite soils and maritime warmth of the region.

On the table it shows the ripe red and black fruit, dried herb notes and dusty tannin structure typical of good Cannonau. Serve at 16-18°C alongside roasted meats, grilled lamb chops or hearty pasta dishes - it has the fruit and backbone to stand up to bold, rustic cooking on board.
