Vega Sicilia - Alion

Dark cherry and cedar on the nose, with a savoury lift of dried thyme and graphite. The palate is firm and structured, dark plum and liquorice framed by fine-grained tannin. Finish is long, dry and mineral, built for slow-cooked meats.
