The Dalmore 30 Years is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery in the Scottish Highlands, one of the most respected names in long-aged malt. Three decades in cask produces a whisky of considerable depth and complexity, typically marked by rich dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange peel and winter spice, with a texture that is dense and unhurried on the palate.

This is a whisky for considered drinking rather than mixing — pour it neat or with a small measure of still water to open the nose. On board, it sits naturally in the owner's lounge after a serious dinner, or alongside aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
