The Dalmore

The Dalmore is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, produced on the northern shore of the Cromarty Firth in Ross-shire. The distillery is known for its unusually shaped stills and a long-standing tradition of finishing whiskies in premium casks, particularly sherry and wine barrels sourced from well-regarded producers.

The house style leans rich and warming — expect dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange peel and a smooth, rounded sweetness underpinned by the structure characteristic of Highland malts. A strong choice for a late-night dram, and well-suited to pairing with dark chocolate, aged cheeses or a well-rested cigar.
