St.Andrea - Hangács Dűlő Cru - Egri Bikavér - Grand Superior

St.Andrea produces this Egri Bikavér from the Hangács Dűlő cru in Eger, Hungary, blending Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir into the region's traditional "Bull's Blood" style. Grand Superior denotes the estate's top tier, built from single-vineyard fruit rather than a generic blend.

Expect dark fruit, savoury spice and firm structure, a red with enough grip to stand up to beef, lamb or venison. At 16-18°C it shows its full range, making it a natural match for charcuterie boards and richer pork dishes on board.
