Santa Margherita - Rosé

Santa Margherita's rosé comes from Alto Adige DOC in Trentino-Alto Adige, made from Pinot Grigio grown in the cool foothills of the Dolomites.

Pale and delicate, it shows crisp orchard fruit and the fine, refreshing acidity typical of Alto Adige Pinot Grigio. Serve chilled at 7-10°C with shellfish, crab, lobster or a green salad — a clean, easy-drinking rosé suited to lighter lunches and warm-weather entertaining on board.
