Remy Martin Extra comes from the Cognac region of western France, the house's top-tier blend drawn from aged eaux-de-vie reserved for its most refined expressions. It sits at the summit of the Remy Martin range, built for slow, contemplative drinking rather than mixing.

Expect a deep amber colour and a nose layered with dried fruit, spice and old oak, the palate long and warming with a silky, mellow finish. Serve at 18-20°C in a tulip glass after dinner, ideally with dark chocolate, coffee or simply on its own as the evening winds down on deck.
