Poli Miele - Honey Liqueur

Poli Miele is a honey liqueur from Poli Distillery in Italy, built on the balance of pure honey sweetness against the clean spirit base of a flavoured liqueur. At 35% abv it sits firmly in the digestivo camp, sweet and full-bodied without tipping into heaviness.

Expect a golden, viscous pour with warm honeycomb and beeswax notes, and a rounded sweetness that lingers rather than cloys. Serve well chilled after dinner, drizzled over aged cheese or vanilla ice cream, or alongside a strong espresso to cut through the sweetness.
