Poli - La Premiere

La Première is a grappa from Poli, an Italian distillery working with pomace to produce clear, aromatic spirits in the classic northern Italian style. Made using traditional distillation methods, it reflects the character of the grape skins and lees from which it is drawn, offering the bright, assertive profile grappa lovers expect.

Serve at 16-18°C after dinner, in a small tulip glass to concentrate the aromatics. A natural match for espresso, dark chocolate or simply on its own as a digestif once the last course has cleared.
