Pisco 1615 - Quebranta Puro

Pisco 1615 Quebranta Puro is a Peruvian pisco distilled from a single grape variety — Quebranta, a non-aromatic black grape that is the backbone of the Peruvian style. At 41.5% ABV, it is bottled without dilution or additives, as tradition and Peruvian law require.

Quebranta produces a spirit that is round and earthy with notes of dried fruit, light tobacco and a clean, dry finish — less floral than Italian-style or aromatic-grape piscos. On board it works well in a classic Pisco Sour, a Chilcano, or alongside ceviche and other raw seafood.
