Pierre Peters' Cuvée de Réserve is a Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards. It is the house's non-vintage flagship, built to show the precision and chalk-driven character that Chardonnay-only Champagne can deliver.

Expect citrus, white orchard fruit and a fine, persistent mousse, with a saline, mineral finish typical of top-tier Blanc de Blancs. Serve at 6-8°C with shellfish, lobster, brie or even Asian dishes, where its acidity and precision cut through richness.
