Bin 707 is Penfolds' flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards across South Australia. It sits within the Bin range that has long been central to the winery's red wine output, built around ripe, full-bodied Cabernet fruit.

On the table it favours richer dishes: beef, lamb, poultry and anything off the grill, where its weight and structure can stand up to charred, savoury flavours. Serve at 17-19°C to let the fruit and tannin open out fully, and give it time in the glass before pouring.
