Neisson - Vieux Agricole - Rum

Neisson Vieux Agricole is a rhum agricole from Martinique, distilled from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, then aged to earn its "vieux" designation. This is the traditional style of the French Caribbean, prized for the vegetal, grassy character that cane-juice distillation preserves even after time in wood.

Expect a rounder, more structured profile than white agricole, with the cane's herbal snap softened by barrel ageing. Serve at 18-22°C, neat or over a single ice cube, after dinner or alongside dark chocolate and dried fruit on deck.
