Myer's - Dark Rum

Myers Dark Rum comes from Jamaica, a country whose distilleries have long turned sugarcane molasses into some of the world's most characterful rum. This is the dark, full-bodied style the island is known for: pot-still distillation giving weight and depth, then ageing that deepens the colour and rounds the edges.

Expect treacle, dried fruit and a warming, spice-laden finish. Serve at 18-20°C, neat over ice as a digestif, or built into classic tiki cocktails and rum punches. On board it also earns its place in the galley, splashed into baked bananas, glazes and Christmas puddings.
