L'Anglore - Tavel - Rosé

L'Anglore's Tavel rosé comes from one of the Rhône's few appellations dedicated entirely to pink wine, a blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Clairette and Grenache grown on the appellation's stony, sun-baked soils. Tavel rosés are traditionally built with more depth and structure than their Provençal neighbours, and this bottling follows that template.

Expect a deeper colour, more grip and red-fruit concentration than typical rosé, with the weight to handle shellfish, pork and poultry as easily as oily fish. Serve slightly warmer than most rosé, at 12-14°C, to let the structure show.
