Expect a taut, mineral-driven style: citrus, white orchard fruit and a fine, persistent mousse, with the chalky backbone typical of Grand Cru Chardonnay. Served well chilled at 8-10°C, it works equally as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, light fish dishes and canapés on board.
