Kopke Colheita is a single-vintage tawny Port from the Douro, aged in wood and bottled to show the character of one harvest rather than a blend across years. It sits at the more reflective, contemplative end of the Port spectrum, made in the traditional Douro style.

Expect the nutty, dried-fruit, caramelised notes typical of extended cask ageing, with a silky texture and gentle warmth. Serve at 12-14°C after dinner, alongside aged cheeses, walnuts or a simple dark chocolate — no elaborate pairing required, just good company and a slow glass.
