Hauvette - Cornaline Rouge - Les Baux de Provence

Hauvette is a small, biodynamic domaine in Les Baux de Provence, a rugged sub-zone within the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. Cornaline Rouge is a Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache blend grown on soils that push both varieties towards concentration and precision.

Expect a structured, south-facing character: dark fruit, garrigue, and a firm tannic backbone tempered by Grenache's warmth. At 13.5% it holds well at the table. Serve with lamb, venison, beef, or anything coming off the grill — mushroom-based dishes work particularly well with its earthy depth.
