Giffard - Liqueur Ginger of the Indies

Giffard, a French liqueur house, produces this Ginger of the Indies liqueur, built around the warm, peppery spice of ginger root.

Fiery yet balanced, with real ginger heat cut by sweetness, it adds lift to Moscow mules, dark and stormies or a simple ginger and soda. In the galley, it also doubles as a flavouring for marinades, glazes and desserts that call for a spiced kick.
