Giffard - Liqueur Banane du Brésil et des Caraïbes

Giffard, a French liqueur house, produces this Banane du Brésil et des Caraïbes, a banana liqueur made from Brazilian and Caribbean fruit, bottled at 25% abv.

Ripe and rounded, with genuine banana-flesh character rather than boiled-sweet sweetness, it works well in classic tiki cocktails and banana daiquiris, or poured over ice cream and grilled banana for a simple after-dinner treat on board.
