Franck Bonville's Pur Avize is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, sourced from the grower's holdings in Avize, one of the Côte des Blancs' Grand Cru villages, in Champagne.

Expect the racy, chalky precision typical of top Côte des Blancs Chardonnay: citrus, white flowers and a fine, persistent mousse with real cut on the finish. Serve at 6-8°C as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, oily fish, pork or a wedge of Brie.
