Floresta - Carmenere - Colchagua Valley

Floresta is Santa Rita's single-vineyard range from Chile's Colchagua Valley, a warm inland region well suited to structured, fruit-forward reds. This bottling draws on the estate's Colchagua fruit to produce a wine with genuine depth and concentration.

Expect dark berry fruit, a touch of green pepper and firm, well-integrated tannins, with enough grip to stand up to red meat. At 14% abv it has weight to match grilled steak, lamb chops or a rich beef stew, served at 16-18°C to open up the fruit.
