Dominus Estate - Othello - Napa Valley

Othello is the Napa Valley red from Dominus Estate in California, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grown in the appellation's benchland vineyards.

Expect a firmly structured wine with dark fruit, graphite and fine, grippy tannin, built for the table rather than early solo sipping. Serve at 16-18°C alongside beef, lamb, venison, game birds or roast poultry, where its structure and depth have something to push against.
