Domaine Sérol - Pét Nat - Turbullent Rosé

Domaine Sérol makes this pétillant naturel in the Loire, a sparkling rosé produced by the ancestral method: bottled before fermentation finishes, so the wine traps its own natural fizz without added dosage or secondary fermentation in the cellar. The result is unfiltered, living and a touch rustic, in keeping with the pét-nat tradition.

Expect a cloudy pink hue, fine mousse and a lively, slightly wild character. Serve well chilled as an aperitif on deck, or alongside charcuterie and soft cheeses when guests want something informal and refreshing rather than classically structured.
