Domaine de Rochebin produces this Crémant de Bourgogne in Burgundy, made from Chardonnay using the traditional method that gives Crémant its fine, persistent mousse. It is Burgundy's answer to Champagne - same production method, different terroir - and offers real quality at a more accessible price.
