Domaine Comte Abbatucci - Faustino - Vielles Vigne Rosé

Faustino is a Vin de Corse rosé from Domaine Comte Abbatucci, made from Sciaccarello, the red grape most closely tied to Corsica. Grown on the island's granite soils, it gives rosé with more colour, texture and savoury depth than the pale, delicate style found elsewhere in the south of France.

Expect red berry fruit, garrigue herbs and a dry, structured finish rather than simple fruitiness. Serve chilled at 8-10°C with charcuterie, cured meats or grilled vegetables. It has the weight to handle spiced and citrus-driven dishes without disappearing into the background.
